1. Introduction

Welcome to Splashing Stake ("we," "our," or "us"), a decentralized native staking protocol built on the Sei blockchain. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our staking services, website, and any related applications or services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

3. Service Description

Splashing Stake provides a decentralized staking protocol that allows users to:

  • Stake native tokens to earn rewards

  • Delegate tokens to validators

  • Participate in network governance

  • Access staking analytics and tools

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service

  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

  • You must not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

4.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys

  • You must not share your private keys with anyone

4.4 Restrictions and Sanctions

Your use of the Service is subject to applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to export restrictions, end-user restrictions, anti-terrorism laws, anti-money laundering laws, trade embargoes, and economic sanctions imposed, administered, or enforced by:

  • The European Union

  • The United Kingdom

  • The United Nations Security Council

  • The United States Department of Treasury's Office of Foreign Asset Control

  • The United States Department of State

  • The United States Department of Commerce

  • Any other applicable national, regional, provincial, state, municipal, or local law or regulation

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are not located in, organized under the laws of, or a resident in any country or territory subject to Sanctions

  • You are not under the control of any person or entity located in or a resident of any country or territory subject to Sanctions

  • You are not a citizen, resident, or located in any jurisdiction where your access or use of the Service would be illegal

  • You will not use the Service in any manner that would violate any applicable Sanctions

5. Staking Terms

5.1 Staking Process

  • Staking involves locking your tokens for a specified period

  • Staked tokens may be subject to unbonding periods before withdrawal

  • Rewards are calculated based on network parameters and validator performance

5.2 Risks

  • Slashing Risk: Validators may be penalized for misbehavior, resulting in loss of staked tokens

  • Validator Risk: Poor validator performance may affect rewards

  • Network Risk: Protocol changes or network issues may impact staking

  • Market Risk: Token values may fluctuate

  • Technical Risk: Smart contract bugs or exploits may result in loss of funds

5.3 Rewards

  • Rewards are not guaranteed and depend on network conditions

  • Reward rates may change based on network parameters

  • Rewards are distributed according to the Protocol's mechanisms

6. Disclaimers and Limitations
